Order Policy
All Viva La Pepa gowns are made-to-order. Once your order is placed, production begins and your gown is crafted specifically for you. Because of this, all sales are final.
Production Timeline
Our standard production time is 5–7 months from the date of purchase.
We recommend placing your order at least 8–10 months before your wedding date to allow time for shipping and alterations.
Rush Orders
Rush orders may be available depending on current capacity. Additional fees apply. If you need your gown sooner, please contact us before placing your order.
Sizing & Alterations
We use a standard size chart and require measurements before production.
We recommend ordering the closest size up and working with a local seamstress for final tailoring. Viva La Pepa does not offer in-house alterations.

Returns & Cancellations
Due to the made-to-order nature of our gowns:

Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase
Customizations
Select gowns can be customized with small changes (such as color, neckline, sleeve, or train length). All customization requests must be approved before production begins.
Appointment Policy
Try-on appointments are available exclusively at Hananovias Bridal Boutique in Buckley, WA. Appointments must be booked in advance. Please contact us at least 48 hours prior for rescheduling.
